Marlow’s Diamonds wanted to improve their presence online and raise awareness regarding products and ensure brand consistency.
Branding and Identity
With no consistent brand image or tone, we created a distinct identity for Marlow’s. Based on the existing logo and colours, we gave this a refresh and designed a set of brand guidelines for the brand to ensure consistency for all of their marketing materials. Partnering the identity was a Tone of Voice, this helped to affirm the identity and ensure the brand was communicating effectively with their audience, affirming the position within the market. Both of these documents are now fundamental to the business and vital to any campaigns produced, it allows a set of rules to be adhered to.
Marketing and Strategy
Wanting to improve their presence online, we looked at trends, the audience demographic and statistics to map out an overarching strategy. To initially improve this presence, we took over their social profiles and exploited both Facebook and Instagram, posting content daily.
With taking over the social profiles, we wanted to post content that would justify such beautiful products. By shooting products each month in different environments, we were able to do just this. Our photographer and videographer attended monthly shoots to showcase the products, this imagery was then used across social media.
